1. Introduction

Welcome to MaruVista Travels (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, or booking any tour, hotel, transport, or travel service through MaruVista Travels, you (“you”, “the client”, “the traveller”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

MaruVista Travels is a travel agency based in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, India, offering tour packages, hotel bookings, car hire, and customised travel services across India.

2. Bookings & Confirmations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by MaruVista Travels. A booking is considered confirmed only after we send written confirmation (email or WhatsApp) and receive the agreed advance payment, where applicable.

Prices quoted on the website or by our team are indicative unless explicitly marked as final. Final pricing depends on travel dates, group size, hotel category, and inclusions selected.

• You must provide accurate personal and travel information at the time of booking.
• You are responsible for ensuring passports, visas, and travel documents are valid.
• Group bookings require a designated group leader who accepts these terms on behalf of all members.

3. Payments

Unless otherwise agreed, an advance deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance must be paid as per the schedule shared in your confirmation voucher.

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Bank charges, currency conversion fees, or payment gateway charges (if any) are borne by the client.

4. Cancellations & Changes by Client

Cancellation and amendment requests must be sent in writing to maruvistatravels@gmail.com. Cancellation charges apply as per our Refund Policy and may vary depending on hotels, transport, and third-party suppliers involved.

No refund is applicable for unused services, late arrival, early departure, or missed tours due to client delay.

5. Changes by MaruVista Travels

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, road conditions, political restrictions, supplier availability, or events beyond our control. We will offer suitable alternatives of comparable value wherever possible.

If a major change is required before departure, we will inform you promptly and discuss available options including rescheduling or applicable refunds.

6. Travel Documents & Insurance

Clients are solely responsible for valid passports, visas, permits, health certificates, and any entry requirements for destinations in the itinerary.

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, baggage loss, and personal liability. MaruVista Travels does not provide travel insurance unless explicitly included in writing.

7. Liability

MaruVista Travels acts as an intermediary for hotels, transport operators, guides, and activity providers. While we select trusted partners, we are not liable for acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of third-party suppliers.

We are not responsible for loss, injury, damage, delay, or additional expenses caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government orders, or civil unrest.

8. Conduct

Clients must respect local laws, customs, heritage sites, wildlife regulations, and guide instructions. We may terminate services without refund if a client behaves unlawfully, dangerously, or disrespectfully toward staff or other travellers.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, India.
